The Frank and Robert Miglino Baseball Scholarship
The Frank and Robert Miglino Baseball Scholarship honors the 42 years of volunteer service to organized youth baseball, including 22 years spent as the commissioner of the entire New York City little league and Babe Ruth baseball programs, rendered by the late Frank Miglino, father of Rhinebeck resident Robert Miglino. The scholarship is used solely to provide funds to Rhinebeck and Red Hook residents who otherwise could not afford to have their son or daughter play in the Rhinebeck/Red Hook Little League system. The fund is maintained and funded annually by Robert Miglino, as necessary to maintain a pool of scholarship funds of $1,000 at the start of each spring season.
