Approved Temporary Update of the Red Hook / Rhinebeck Refund Policy for the 2020 Season


While we continue to hope that a spring season can be salvaged, the Red Hook and Rhinebeck Little League boards have approved, for the 2020 spring season, this temporary replacement to our refund policy:

Refunds at the request of the Registrant:

  • Prior to the End of Regular Registration: Full refund less $20 
  • After Regular Registration Closes until the First Practice: Full refund less $50
  • After the First Practice: No Refunds

Refunds due to the cancellation of the 2020 Spring Season

** In the event that the 2020 Spring Season is cancelled due the pandemic, families will be refunded 100% of the registration fees paid up to the date of cancellation of the season.

The league bears costs upon registration (registration and/or Credit Card fees) as well as costs prior to team practices/games (uniforms, caps, equipment).  Due to these costs, our refund policy reduces the amount of refund for a cancelled participation.  If you have any questions, please contact the league.  Thank you for your understanding!

Whether that refund will be in the form of a check or card credit refund is to be determined.

We recognize that with these uncertain times comes financial implications in our neighborhoods.  If the registration fee now presents a financial hardship, please contact Jeff Cassens (rhinebeckll.treasurer@gmail.com) or Jim Mulvey (jmulvey43@gmail.com) to confidentially request an exception refund.
